乙烯基POSS改性硅橡胶的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：以线形乙烯基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷、含氢硅油和乙烯基笼型聚倍半硅氧烷(乙烯基POSS)为主要原料,通过硅氢加成反应制备了乙烯基POSS改性硅橡胶,研究了乙烯基POSS用量对改性硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,当乙烯基POSS用量为10份时,乙烯基POSS能在硅橡胶基体中均匀分散,所得乙烯基POSS改性硅橡胶相比于未改性硅橡胶具有更高的拉伸性能和热稳定性能,其拉伸强度为1.43MPa,断裂伸长率为487.5%,初始分解温度为357.8℃,最大质量损失速率温度为432.1℃;继续增加乙烯基POSS用量,乙烯基POSS则会在硅橡胶基体中出现“团聚”,导致拉伸性能和热稳定性能降低;乙烯基POSS对改性硅橡胶的热导率没有影响。Vinyl POSS modified silicone rubber has been prepared through hydrosilylation using vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane,hydrogen silicone oil,and vinyl cage polydisilsesquioxane(vinyl based POSS)as the raw materials.The influence of vinyl POSS on the properties of modified silicone rubber has been discussed.When 10 phr of vinyl POSS is used,vinyl POSS can be uniformly dispersed in silicone rubber.Compared to unmodified silicone rubber,the vinyl POSS modified silicone rubber exhibits higher tensile properties and good thermal stability with a tensile strength of 1.43 MPa,elongation at break of 487.5%,initial decomposition temperature of 357.8℃,and maximum mass loss rate temperature of 432.1℃.Continuing to increase vinyl POSS,vinyl POSS will gradually aggregate in the silicone rubber,leading to a decrease in tensile properties and thermal stability.Vinyl POSS has no effect on the thermal conductivity of the modified rubber.
