摘　　要：以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物,二甲基硅油为增塑剂,添加交联剂、补强填料和催化剂等制得单组分脱醇型有机硅断面密封胶。研究了基础聚合物黏度、交联剂种类、补强填料种类、催化剂种类对断面胶性能的影响。结果表明,5 000 mPa·s和10 000 mPa·s的α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷按质量比1∶1复配作基础聚合物,甲基三甲氧基硅烷与乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷按质量比3∶1复配作交联剂,比表面积150 m^(2)/g的气相法二氧化硅作补强填料,自制钛酸酯GS-102配合物作催化剂时,制得的有机硅断面密封胶综合性能较佳。采用复配基础聚合物1 000份、二甲基硅油40份、复配交联剂85份、气相法二氧化硅30份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂4份、钛酸酯GS-102配合物仅20份制得的断面密封胶拉伸强度为1.76 MPa,断裂伸长率216%。有机硅断面胶在70℃贮存3 d颜色无明显变化,固化物性能轻微下降。One component dealcoholized silicone section sealant was prepared usingα,o-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane as the base polymer,dimethyl silicone oil as the plasticizer,and crosslinking agents,reinforcing fllers,catalysts.We studied the effects of polymer viscosity,crosslinking agents,reinforcing fillers,and catalysts on the properties of section sealant.The results show that whenα,-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane of 5000 mPa·s and 10000 mPa·s mixed(mass ratio of 1:1)as the base polymer,methyltrimethoxysilane and vinyltrimethoxysilane compounded with mass ratio of 3:1 as the crosslinking agent,fumed silica with a specific surface area of 150 m^(2)/g as the reinforcing filler,and titanate GS-102 as the catalyst,the silicone section sealant has good comprehensive performance of.There are 1000 phr of basic polymer,40 phr of dimethyl silicone oil,85 phr of compound crosslinking agent,30 phr of fumed silica LM150,4 phr of coupling agent KH550,and 25 phr of titanate GS-102,whose tensile strength is 1.76 MPa,elongation at break is 216%,the color keep the same of storaged at 70℃for 3 days,and the property of the cured materials slightly decreases.
