摘　　要：介绍了有机硅导热材料的主要类型,包括导热硅脂、有机硅导热灌封胶、导热硅凝胶和有机硅导热垫片,综述了提升其导热性能和综合性能的研究进展,并展望了有机硅导热材料未来的发展方向。This paper introduces the main types of thermal conductive silicone materials,including heat conducting silicone grease,silicone rubber,silicone gel,and silicone gasket,summarizes the research progress of improving its heat conduction performance and comprehensive performance,and looks forward to the future development direction of thermal conductive silicone materials.
