摘　　要：为规范提供消毒灭菌服务的医疗消毒供应中心及医院消毒供应中心在日常工作中预防职业暴露以及应急处置流程,上海市护理学会于2024年5月发布了《消毒供应中心职业防护规范》团体标准。本文从团体标准制定的背景过程、主要内容及临床推广应用建议等方面进行详尽解读,旨在帮助消毒供应中心工作人员更好地理解并应用该标准,确保工作人员的职业安全,同时也为保障医疗机构的消毒灭菌工作能够安全有效进行提供参考。In May 2024,the Shanghai Nursing Association issued the association standard Standard of Occupational Protection for Central Sterile Supply Department to standardize the occupational exposure prevention and emergency response procedures in the daily work of medical sterile supply centers and hospitals'central sterile supply departments that provide disinfection and sterilization services.This article interprets the background,main contents and recommendations for clinical application of the association standard,aiming to help healthcare providers at central sterile supply departments better understand and apply this standard,ensure their occupational safety,and provide a reference for ensuring safe and effective disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions.
