摘　　要：2022年,美国医疗保健流行病学学会(SHEA)、美国传染病学会(IDSA)、美国医院协会(AHA)、感染控制和流行病学专业协会(APIC)联合发布了《呼吸机相关肺炎、呼吸机相关事件和非呼吸机相关医院获得性肺炎预防策略指南:2022版》。该指南是对2014年发布的《住院患者呼吸机相关肺炎预防策略》的全面更新。文章对新版指南的多个关键内容进行了解读,包括更新内容要点、预防策略分类定义以及针对成人、儿童以及新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎、呼吸机相关事件和非呼吸机医院获得性肺炎的具体预防措施,旨在为医疗机构提供有关预防医院内获得性肺炎和呼吸机相关事件的最佳推荐意见,为推动医院感染防控和管理水平的提升提供参考。In 2022,the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America(SHEA),the Infectious Diseases Society of America(IDSA),the American Hospital Association(AHA)and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology(APIC)jointly issued Strategies To Prevent Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia,Ventilator-Associated Events,and Nonventilator Hospital-Acquired Pneumonia in Acute-Care Hospitals:2022 Update.The guideline represents a comprehensive update to the Strategies to Prevent Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia in Acute Care Hospitals:2014 Update.This article interprets several key contents of the new guideline,including key updates,classification and definition of preventive strategies as well as specific preventive measures for ventilator-associated pneumonia,ventilator-associated events and nonventilator hospital-acquired pneumonia in adults,children and neonates.It aims to provide medical institutions with the best recommendations for preventing hospital-acquired pneumonia and ventilatorassociated events and provide a reference for enhancing nosocomial infection prevention,control and management.
