摘　　要：北京城市副中心是一个新城区的构建,如何在北京城市副中心建设的背景下,以宜居为主题设计一片新的住区环境,使其融入当下的北京城市副中心“绿色宜居、生态文明”的总体规划是该文探讨的重点。台地绿谷式景观一直是景观设计方法中较为独特和重要的一种方式。该文以通州区张家湾镇的公务员职工周转房项目为例,其独特的上位规划,为台地景观设计的可能性创造了条件。重点探讨了由台地构成的“绿谷浮岛”居住区如何从规划设计、景观设计去形成一个高品质、人性化的居住小区。The sub-center of Beijing is the construction of a new urban area,how to design a new residential environment with livability as the theme in the context of the construction of Beijing's urban sub-center,and integrate it into the current overall planning of"green,livable,and ecological civilization"of Beijing's urban sub-center is the focus of this article's discussion.The terrace green valley style landscape has always been a unique and important one in landscape design methods.Taking the civil service staff turnover housing project in Zhangjiawan Town,Tongzhou District as an example,the unique upper level planning creates conditions for the possibility of platform landscape design.We focus on exploring how the"Green Valley,Floating Island"residential area composed of terraces can form a high-quality and humanized residential community through planning and landscape design.We also elaborate on the design concept and focus of the residential landscape of"Green Valley,Floating Island"in detail.
