数字化转型赋能公平、多元和包容的城市更新——以北京市朝阳区三里屯商区为例

摘　　要：当前,中国、乃至全球正在发生着巨大变化。城市空间不再局限于物质空间维度与社会空间维度,数字技术的出现与城市数字化转型的发展正在产生巨量的“数字空间”。同时,物质世界与数字世界的边界正随着数字技术的不断发展而逐渐消失。在以数字化转型为背景的生产要素流动与空间生产中,城市生活中的一切物品甚至城市本身都逐渐成为可以消费的商品,商业街区与城市社区中消费空间的发展与蔓延也打破了传统的范式规律。在北京全面进入城市更新的过程中,三里屯作为北京的国际消费枢纽,全球商业地标,使馆区所在地等,其面临着严峻的更新挑战与巨大的更新机遇。该文以北京市朝阳区三里屯商圈为例,引入数字化转型的策略背景与技术应用,以期探索物质—社会—数字空间的统合设计策略与方法,为商业街区与社区建筑的更新与复兴提供新的思路。Currently,China,and even the entire globe,are undergoing significant changes.Urban space is no longer confined to the dimensions of physical space and social space,the emergence of digital technology and the development of urban digital transformation are generating a vast"digital space".Simultaneously,the boundaries between the material world and the digital world are gradually disappearing with the continuous advancement of digital technology.In the backdrop of digital transformation,the flow of production factors and spatial production in urban life are transforming everything,from goods to the city itself,into consumable commodities.The development and spread of consumption spaces in commercial districts and urban communities are breaking traditional paradigmatic norms.As Beijing enters a comprehensive urban renewal process,Sanlitun,serving as an international consumption hub,global business landmark,and embassy district,faces both severe renewal challenges and enormous opportunities.Taking the Sanlitun commercial area in Chaoyang District,Beijing,as an example,we introduce the strategic background and technological applications of digital transformation,which aims to explore integrated design strategies and methods for material-social-digital space,and to provide new perspectives for the renewal and revitalization of commercial districts and community buildings.
