基于空间句法的历史街区空间特征研究及优化策略——以武汉市汉口原法租界历史街区为例

摘　　要：汉口原法租界历史文化街区承载着丰富的历史文化资源,是武汉市更新和发展的重要组成部分。本研究旨在通过运用空间句法对该街区进行量化分析,从整合度、选择度、可理解度、共生度和深度值等5个方面进行评估,并结合实际现状深入探究其空间形态特征与历史文化要素分布之间的关联。通过研究,可以为武汉原汉口法租界历史街区的更新和保护提供优化策略。街区的核心街道空间结构形态呈“两横两纵”状,黄兴路与车站路的人流聚集度与汉口原法租界空间句法形态分析存在一定的矛盾性。主要原因在于建筑形式杂乱,建筑质量参差不齐,且缺乏公共配套设施和绿化。街区商业空间布局与街道整合度呈现出明显的正相关,商铺大多聚集在可达性较高的街道上,而且街道的可达性越高,其承载的功能布局也更为丰富。街区内的历史要素聚集地大多位于整合度较高的街道附近,但也有部分地区的可达性较差,难以进入。The heritage-rich district that once was the Hankou French Concession is laden with significant historical and cultural assets,playing a pivotal role in the revitalization and progression of Wuhan. In this study we aim to conduct a quantitative analysis of the block by using spatial syntax, and to evaluate it from five aspects: integration, choice, intelligibility, symbiosis, and depth value. Then we consider the present conditions, and conduct a thorough investigation into the relationship between its physical form and the patterning of its historical and cultural components. Such studies enable us to offer recommendations for improving and safeguarding the historic district of the former Hankou French Concession in Wuhan. The spatial structure of the core streets in the block is in a "two horizontal and two vertical" shape, and there is a certain contradiction between the concentration of pedestrian flow on Huangxing Road and Chezhan Road and the syntactic analysis of the original French concession space in Hankou. The main reason is the disorderly architectural form, uneven building quality, and lack of public supporting facilities and greenery. There is a positive correlation between the distribution of commercial space in the block and the degree of street integration. Most shops are concentrated on streets with higher integration, and the streets with higher integration have more diverse business formats. The historical elements within the block are mostly concentrated near streets with high integration, but some areas have poor accessibility and are difficult to reach.
