摘　　要：古建筑是珍贵的历史文化资源,具有历史、艺术、科学和社会价值。在当今乡村振兴、文旅融合、城市化进程加快的背景下,古建筑的开放利用显得尤为重要。太原市作为山西省省会,古建筑数量较多,开放利用工作较有代表性。该文以太原市省级及以上古建筑类文物保护单位为例,结合线上问卷与实地调研,对其开放利用现状进行分析,进而归纳总结出开放利用的几种情况和问题。依据国家和山西省相关政策法规,以及文化遗产保护的相关国际宪章,针对现存问题,结合服务设计及相关文博理论,提出深入挖掘价值内涵、完善传播系统、采取自助开放服务模式的开放利用提升建议,以期为今后的开放利用工作提供参考。Ancient buildings are precious historical and cultural resources with historical, artistic, scientific and social value. In today's context of rural revitalization, cultural and tourism integration and accelerated urbanization, the open use of ancient buildings is particularly important. As the capital of Shanxi Province, Taiyuan City has a large number of ancient buildings, its open utilization work is more representative. Taking the provincial and above-level ancient buildings and cultural relics protection units in Taiyuan as an example, combining with the online questionnaire and field research, we analyze the current situation of the open use of the ancient buildings in Taiyuan, and then summarize the open use of several situations and problems. Based on the relevant policies and regulations of the state and Shanxi Province, as well as the relevant international charters for cultural heritage protection, we put forward suggestions for open utilization enhancement based on the existing problems, combining the theories of hermeneutics,communication, museology, and service design, such as excavating the value connotation, perfecting the communication system,and adopting the self-service mode of openness, with a view to providing references to the open utilization work in the future.
