摘  要:在石油钻采领域,油井套管采用螺纹连接时,对上扣扭矩的精确控制至关重要,过大或过小的扭矩均可能引发安全隐患。鉴于扭矩控制的严格要求,聚焦于通信设计,提出了一种基于ZigBee的一体化扭矩及圈数测量系统的通信方案。该方案专注于实现扭矩和旋转圈数数据的实时采集与传输,通过ZigBee无线通信技术,将测量数据从现场设备先存储后传输至上位机进行进一步处理。该设计方案对于保障油井套管作业的安全监测,确保作业过程的顺利进行具有重要意义。In the field of oil drilling and production,precise control of the tightening torque is crucial when using threaded connections for oil well casing.Excessive or insufficient torque may cause safety hazards.Given the strict requirements for torque control and focusing on communication design,a communication scheme for an integrated torque and turn measurement system based on ZigBee is proposed.This solution focuses on the real⁃time acquisition and trans⁃mission of torque and rotation data.Through ZigBee wireless communication technology,the measurement data is first stored from the on⁃site equipment and then transmitted to the upper computer for further processing.This design scheme is of great significance for ensuring the safety monitoring of oil well casing operations and ensuring the smooth progress of the operation process.
