我国玻璃熔窑用耐火材料消费及回收分析

摘　　要：随着我国高温冶炼、熔化工业领域的快速发展,对耐火材料的需求也越来越广泛。通过对近年来的耐火材的整体消费情况进行统计分析,并对玻璃行业的耐火材料配置方案及消费能力进行阐述,结合玻璃窑炉的实际应用情况,对不同部位、不同种类的耐火材料提出了不同的回收方案,以促进行业的绿色可持续发展。With the rapid development of high temperature smelting and melting industry in China,the demand for refractory materials is becoming more and more extensive.In this paper the overall consumption of refractory materials in recent years is statistically analyzed and the allocation scheme and consumption capacity of refractory material in the glass industry are described.Aiming at the actual application of refractory in glass furnace,various recycling schemes are proposed to promote the green and sustainable development of the glass industry.
