摘 要:通过对明暗线的特征进行汇总对比和分析,开展有关明暗线的工艺对策研究,逐步锁定了明暗线发生源的位置,进一步通过对应的调整来验证分析的准确性,最终结合通道工艺原理分析推理出了明暗线形成的过程并进行了人为验证,解析了明暗线源的平衡及被打破的状态,为后续明暗线的对策提供可靠的原理支撑。By summarizing,comparing and analyzing the characteristics of the light and dark lines,research on the process countermeasures of the light and dark lines is carried out,and the location of the source of the light and dark lines is gradually locked,and the accuracy of the analysis is further verified through corresponding adjustments.Finally,the formation process of the light and dark lines is analyzed and reasoned by combining the process principle of the channel and conducted artificial verification,and the balance and broken state of the light and dark lines are analyzed.It provides a reliable principle support for the follow-up countermeasures of light and dark lines.
