摘　　要：浮法玻璃熔窑关键部件的日常维护是延长窑炉使用寿命、延长整条生产线使用周期、提高经济效益的根本。以浮法玻璃窑炉蓄热室常见问题作为探讨对象,重点探讨了蓄热室堵塞的原因、影响及常见的处理方法等。同时,还提出了一些有效的日常控制及预防治理方法,为延长窑炉使用寿命提供了有益的参考。The routine maintenance of key parts of float glass melting furnace is the fundamental step to prolong the service life of the furnace,which extend the service cycle of the whole production line and improve economic benefits.The causes,effects and regular treatment ways of regenerator clogging are discussed by analyzing the common problems of regenerator of float glass furnace.At the same time,some effective current control and prevention and treatment methods are put forward,which provide a useful reference for prolonging the service life of the furnace.
