浮法玻璃抛光后钢化翘曲变化的研究

摘  要:在浮法工艺生产平板玻璃过程中,由于玻璃在锡槽内成形,玻璃下表面必然会引入一定的渗锡量,当渗锡量达到一定程度时,如果玻璃进行钢化加工,就会由于锡面与空气面钢化效果不同产生翘曲现象,从而影响到玻璃的外观质量与良率。分析了浮法玻璃钢化翘曲的形成与渗锡量的关系,可以避免玻璃在后续加工中造成损失。论述了降低玻璃渗锡量的措施,可用于指导浮法玻璃生产加工。In the float glass production process,due to the shaping of glass in the tin bath,a certain amount of tin inevitably enters the underside of the glass.When the tin content reaches a certain level,if the glass is subjected to tempering processing,it will produce warping due to the different tempering effects of the tin surface and the air surface,thereby affecting the appearance quality and yield of the glass.This paper analyzes the formation and relationship between tin penetration and warping of float glass during tempering,which can avoid losses in subsequent processing;it also discusses measures to reduce glass tin penetration,which can be used to guide the production and processing of float glass.
