摘　　要：为解决装配式建筑预制构件厂面临的融资困境,本文基于供应链金融理论和思想,分析装配式建筑预制构件厂在生产、仓储、回款等不同阶段的融资需求,针对性提出了与之匹配的供应链融资模式;在此基础上,为解决单一供应链金融模式只能缓解构件厂特定阶段资金压力的局限性问题,进一步提出“存货质押+保理”和“(生产)订单+保理”两种创新组合融资模式,并给出相关模式的运作流程及适用情形。本文提出的融资模式能够有效缩短构件厂资金占用时间,缓解其面临的流动资金短缺难题,可为构件厂及其供应链提供融资参考。In order to solve thefinancing dilemma faced by prefabricated building component factories,based on the existing supply chainfinance theory,this study analyzes thefinancing demands of prefabricated building components factories at different stages(procurement and production,storage,payment collection,etc.),and specifically designed the financing models applicable to prefabricated building components factories under different situations.Furthermore,proposes these innovative combined financing models of"inventory pledge+factoring"and"(production)order+factoring"to address the limitation that a single supply chain finance model can only alleviate the financial pressure of the component factory at specific stages,and provides the operational process and applicable situations of the relevant modes.The relevantfinancing models proposed in this paper can effectively shorten the capital occupation time of component factories and alleviate the problem of shortage of working capital they are facing,providing financing references for component factories and their supply chains.
