摘  要:介绍了三维激光扫描技术的基本原理,探讨了三维激光扫描技术在钢管生产检验中的应用。这一技术既可以留存影像记录结果,又能够很好解决对钢管外观质量检查结果的追溯性问题。三维激光扫描技术基于实物产品扫描的点云数据,自动识别并读取相关检测结果,确保了几何尺寸检测结果的精确性和重现性,从而保障产品质量的稳定性。总结了三维激光扫描技术在追溯性、检验效率、安全性、人工替代以及智慧车间建设等方面的优缺点。The basic principle of 3D laser scanning technology is introduced,and the application of 3D laser scanning technology in steel pipe production inspection is discussed.It can not only retain the image recording results,but also solve the traceability problem of the inspection results of the appearance quality of steel pipes.The 3D laser scanning technology can automatically identify and read the relevant inspection results according to the point cloud data of the scanning results of physical products.The accuracy and reproducibility of the geometric measurement results are ensured,thus ensuring the stability of product quality.The advantages and disad vantages of 3D laser scanning technology in traceability,inspection efficiency,safety,artificial substitution,and smart workshop construction are summarized.
