摘 要:超声相控阵成像测井技术能够为精确描绘井眼形态、识别裂缝、孔隙和层理等地质特征提供技术支持。在介绍超声相控阵成像测井系统组成和原理的基础上,对比分析了国外石油仪器公司开发的5种主流相控阵测井仪器的功能、技术特点、应用场景和应用范围,表明这种测井技术能够在复杂井下环境中对井壁及其周围地层进行高精度成像和评估。展望了相控阵成像测井技术的发展趋势,指出应在高效高灵敏换能器设计、先进数据处理技术以及仪器智能化等方面加大研发力度,以进一步提升油气勘探开发效率和安全性。Ultrasonic phased array imaging logging technology can provide technical support for accurately depicting wellbore morphology,identifying geological features such as fractures,pores,and bedding.Based on the introduction of the structure and principle of the ultrasonic phased array imaging logging system,a comparative analysis of the functions,technical characteristics,application scenarios,and application ranges of five mainstream phased array logging instruments developed by foreign petroleum instrument companies is conducted.It is shown that this logging technology can provide high-precision imaging and evaluation of the wellbore and surrounding formation in complex downhole environments.The development trend of phased array imaging logging technology is prospected,and it is pointed out that research and development efforts should be strengthened in the areas of efficient and highly sensitive transducer design,advanced data processing technology,and instrument intelligence to further improve the efficiency and safety of oil and gas exploration and development.
