摘 要:某油井中的N80-Q油管在使用过程中发生了腐蚀穿孔,为了确定其穿孔失效的原因,对该失效油管进行了宏观形貌分析、理化性能试验、金相组织分析、微观形貌分析和腐蚀产物能谱分析。结果表明,失效油管材料的化学成分、拉伸性能和冲击韧性符合API Spec 5CT—2018标准或者订货技术协议的要求。该油管穿孔失效的主要原因为油管内的流体介质含有HCO_(3)^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)和Cl^(-)等腐蚀性的化学成分及SRB等微生物,因而油管在井下服役过程中发生了微生物腐蚀,形成了腐蚀坑;油管在使用过程中腐蚀坑的深度逐渐增加,最终发生了穿孔失效。建议油田现场根据油气井中流体的腐蚀性选择适用的高耐蚀性材料的油管,或者在注入井筒的流体水中加入缓蚀剂或杀菌剂。The N80-Q tubing in an oil well was corroded and perforated during service.In order to find out the cause of the failure of the tubing perforation,the failed tubing samples were analyzed by macroscopic morphology,physical and chemical properties test,metallographic structure analysis,microscopic morphology analysis and corrosion product energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the chemical composition,tensile properties and impact toughness of the failed tubing material meet the requirements of the API Spec 5CT-2018 standard or the technical order agreement.The main reason for the perforation failure of the tubing is that the fluid medium in the tubing contains corrosive chemical components such as HCO_(3)^(-),SO_(4)^(2-)and Cl^(-)and microorganisms such as SRB,so the tubing suffers from microbial corrosion during downhole service,forming corrosion pits.The depth of the corrosion pits gradually increases during the service of the tubing,and finally the perforation failure occurres.It is recommended to choose suitable tubing with high corrosion resistance materials according to the corrosiveness of the fluid in the oil and gas well,or add corrosion inhibitors or fungicides to the produced water injected into the wellbore.
