摘  要:以Ti(SO_(4))_(2)和Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O为原料,通过水热法制备了Ce-TiO_(2)复合光催化材料,通过XRD、SEM、UV-Vis、拉曼、红外光谱、PL等手段表征了Ce-TiO_(2)复合光催化材料的晶格结构、微观形貌及光谱性能,并以罗丹明B(RhB)溶液模拟废水,以300 W氙灯为光源进行照射,研究了Ce掺杂量对Ce-TiO_(2)光催化性能的影响。结果表明,水热法制备出的Ce-TiO_(2)复合光催化材料的晶型均属于锐钛矿相,形貌为不规则的球状颗粒。Ce的掺杂降低了Ce-TiO_(2)的禁带宽度,吸收边发生红移,光致发光测试表明TiO_(2)的本征发射峰随Ce掺杂量的增多而降低,0.9%Ce-TiO_(2)的光致发光强度最低,吸收边和禁带宽度分别为474 nm和2.62 eV,0.9%Ce-TiO_(2)在30 min时对RhB的降解率最高可达99.6%,相比纯TiO_(2)提高了82.8%,Ce-TiO_(2)对RhB的光催化降解符合一级反应动力学方程,拟合方程的相关度均超过了99%。Ce-TiO_(2)composite photocatalytic material was prepared by hydrothermal method using Ti(SO_(4))_(2) and Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O as raw materials.The lattice structure,microstructure,and spectral properties of Ce-TiO_(2)composite photocatalytic materials were characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-Vis,Raman,infrared spectroscopy,PL and other methods.Rhodamine B(RhB)solution was used to simulate wastewater and a 300 W xenon lamp was used as a light source to investigate the effect of Ce doping on the photocatalytic performance of Ce-TiO_(2).The results indicated that the crystal structure of Ce-TiO_(2)composite photocatalytic materials prepared by hydrothermal method belonged to the rutile phase,with irregular spherical particles in morphology.The doping of Ce reduced the bandgap width of Ce-TiO_(2),and the absorption edge underwent a red shift.Photoluminescence testing showed that the intrinsic emission peak of TiO_(2)decreased with increasing Ce doping content.The photoluminescence intensity of 0.9%Ce-TiO_(2)was the lowest,with absorption edge and bandgap width of 474 nm and 2.62 eV,respectively.The highest degradation rate of RhB by 0.9%Ce-TiO_(2)at 30 min could reach 99.6%,which was 82.8%higher than pure TiO_(2).The photocatalytic degradation of RhB by Ce-TiO_(2)followed a first-order reaction kinetics equation,and the correlation of the fitted equations exceeded 99%.
