摘  要:随着铁路建设发展,大型铁路箱梁在铁路桥梁中的应用相当广泛。一般情况下,铁路箱梁采用梁场预制、架桥机架设的方式,但是异型箱梁由于其尺寸与标准梁不符、数量少,预制成本远远高于现浇成本,所以采用现浇的方式在现场制作。但是现浇梁的质量控制问题往往受到多方诟病,本文根据工程实例重点对大型箱梁现浇质量控制关键技术、难点进行了探讨,希望对以后类似工程有一定的指导意义。With the development of railway construction,the application of large railway box girders in railway bridges is quite extensive.In general,railway box girders use the methods of prefabrication of beam yard and bridge erecting machine.However,for irregular box girders,due to their size not matching the standard beam and small quantity,the prefabrication cost is much higher than the cast-in-place cost,so the cast-in-place method is used for on-site production.However,the quality control of cast-in-place beams is often criticized by many parties.This article focuses on exploring the key technologies and difficulties of quality control for large-scale box girder cast-in-place based on engineering examples,hoping to provide guidance for similar projects in the future.
