摘　　要：为提高机场飞行区不停航施工安全管理水平,文章依托希莱特奥斯玛尼国际机场扩建项目,分析不停航施工要求、施工内容与施工难点,制定不停航施工安全管理方案,并提出不停航施工安全管理措施,通过健全组织保障机构、强化施工过程安全管理、落实安全教育、加强安全监督、重视环保管理以及实施应急管理,构建起完善的不停航施工安全管理体系,为类似工程施工提供借鉴参考。In order to improve the safety management level of non-stop construction in the airport flight area,this article relies on the expansion project of the Hilite Osmani International Airport to analyze the requirements,content,and difficulties of non-stop construction,formulate a non-stop construction safety management plan,and propose non-stop construction safety management measures.By improving the organizational guarantee structure,strengthening the safety management of the construction process,implementing safety education,enhancing safety supervision,attaching importance to environmental management,and implementing emergency management,a complete non-stop construction safety management system is constructed,providing reference for similar construction projects.
