摘　　要：农贸综合市场是一类重要的公共服务类项目,在提供便民服务、就业岗位和带动区域经济发展发挥着重要的作用。也由于农贸综合市场具有多元化、多服务、多功能的特点,给企业的建设、运营管理带来了极大的挑战。文章以某农贸综合市场项目为例,结合AHP-物元可拓模型和成功度评价法,从项目投入、建设过程、产出效果三大阶段进行分析,构建了一个农贸综合市场项目后评价框架。通过结合两种方法,以提供一种更全面、准确的农贸综合市场后评价方法,以便为企业决策者在实施决策、管理等环节提供有力的支持;同时,通过对具体案例分析,也可为同类项目的决策、投资、建设、运维管理提供经验和参考依据。The agricultural and trade comprehensive market is a crucial public service project,playing a significant role in providing convenience services,employment opportunities,and driving regional economic development.Due to the diversified,multi service,and multifunctional characteristics of the agricultural comprehensive market,it has brought great challenges to the construction,operation,and management of enterprises.Taking a certain agricultural comprehensive market project as an example,this article combines the AHP material element extension model and success evaluation method to analyze the project from three stages:project input,construction process,and output effect,and constructs a post evaluation framework for agricultural comprehensive market projects.By combining two methods,a more comprehensive and accurate post evaluation method for agricultural comprehensive markets is provided to provide strong support for enterprise decision-makers in implementing decisions,management,and other aspects.At the same time,through the analysis of specific cases,it can also provide experience and reference for the decision-making,investment,construction,operation and maintenance management of similar projects.
