摘  要:山西某矿21903工作面作为矿井首个沿空留巷工作面,为有效解决21903工作面回采期间的瓦斯涌出,结合“Y”型通风特殊的巷道布置及配风方式,采取了在辅助进风巷施工顶板高位迎向钻孔及在回风巷内施工定向高位倾向穿层钻孔的抽采方法进行瓦斯治理;同时在留巷内架设U型棚腿+金属网+风筒布,杜绝采空区漏风,改变采场风流方向。结果表明,该工作面实际瓦斯涌出量为8.65m3/min,其中抽采量为7.4m3/min,风排量为1.25m3/min,抽采率可达85.58%,回采期间回风流最大瓦斯浓度为0.14%,得到了有效控制,瓦斯治理取得了显著效果。As the first working face along the empty lane of the mine,in order to effectively solve the gas outflow during the mining of the 21903 working face,combined with the special roadway layout and air distribution mode of"Y"ventilation,the pumping method of facing drilling holes in the roof of the auxiliary air inlet lane construction and the directional high tendency to drilling holes in the Huifeng Lane is adopted for gas control.At the same time,U-shaped shed legs+metal mesh+blower cloth are installed in the left lane to prevent air leakage in the goaf area and change the wind flow direction of the mining site.The results showed that the actual gas emission rate of the working face was 8.65m3/min,of which the extraction rate was 7.4m3/min,the air displacement was 1.25m3/min,and the extraction rate could reach 85.58%.The maximum gas concentration of the return air flow during the mining period was 0.14%,which was effectively controlled and the gas control achieved significant results.
