摘  要:针对传统模板安拆时工作效率低、危险性大、模板维护成本高昂等问题,依托濮阳黄河桥项目,研发出一种装配式波形钢腹板组合箱梁的磁吸液压内模板系统。该内模板系统由底模、磁力系统、液压驱动系统和轨道行走系统等组成,其中磁力系统采用磁盒与波形钢腹板进行磁力连接,可实现内模板与组合梁的快速贴合与分离;驱动系统由液压油缸牵引底模实现内模板的外伸与内缩;轨道行走系统采用滑梁和轨道滑轮可实现内模板的移动。磁吸液压内模板系统在实际项目中的应用,实现了模板在箱梁内部的快速安装与拆卸,缩短了施工周期,提高了生产效率,对后续项目实施有一定参考价值。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,danger and high cost of formwork maintenance during the installation and dismantling of the traditional formwork,a magnetic-absorbing hydraulic inner formwork system for the assembled corrugated steel web girder has been developed relying on the Puyang Yellow River Bridge project.The inner formwork system consists of bottom mould,magnetic system,hydraulic drive system and track walking system,in which the magnetic system adopts magnetic box to connect with the waveform steel web plate magnetically,which can realise the fast fitting and separation of the inner formwork and the combined girder;the drive system consists of the hydraulic cylinder to pull the bottom mould to realise the outward and inward extension and retraction of the inner formwork;and the track walking system adopts the sliding beam and the track pulley to realise the movement of the inner formwork.The application of the magnetic-absorbing hydraulic inner formwork system in the actual project realises the rapid installation and dismantling of the formwork inside the box girder,shortens the construction period,improves the production efficiency,and has a certain reference value for the implementation of projects in the future.
