摘  要:本文深入探讨了钢栈桥的设计、施工关键技术及其在施工期间的安全监测体系。在技术方面,详细介绍了履带吊振动锤、浮吊沉桩等多种施工方法,并创新性地提出了“套嵌钢管桩”法,成功解决了基岩薄覆盖层成桩难题,显著提升了施工效率约30%,并保证了施工质量。安全监测方面,建立了高精度位移变化观测系统,实现了全天候定期监测,确保了栈桥施工及运营期间的安全。研究成果为同类工程提供了宝贵的参考和借鉴。This article deeply explores the design,key construction technologies,and safety monitoring system of steel wharf during construction.In terms of technology,various construction methods such as crawler crane vibration hammer and floating crane pile sinking were introduced in detail,and the innovative"embedded steel pipe pile"method was proposed,successfully solving the problem of pile formation in thin bedrock cover layer,significantly improving construction efficiency by about 30%and ensuring construction quality.In terms of safety monitoring,a high-precision displacement change observation system has been established to achieve all-weather regular monitoring,ensuring safety during the construction and operation of the wharf.The research results provide valuable references and inspirations for similar projects.
