摘　　要：目前预制管桩在清孔作业时采用的是人工洛阳铲掏孔或者小型钻机掏孔方式,既增加了成本,又延长了工期,还存在一定的质量隐患。因此,设计一种预制管桩桩头密封件,可优化管桩作业流程,提高预制管桩施工质量,加快施工进度,降低施工成本。Currently,prefabricated pipe piles are cleaned using manual Luoyang shovels or small drilling machines,which increases costs,prolongs the construction period,and poses certain quality risks.Therefore,designing a prefabricated pipe pile head seal can optimize the pipe pile operation process,improve the construction quality of prefabricated pipe piles,accelerate construction progress,and reduce construction costs.
