摘  要:橡胶减振垫整体道床施工工艺的基本原理是基于减振垫的优异性能和合理设计,以实现轨道结构的减振降噪。该工艺首先根据路段要求和轨道结构特点,选择合适的减振垫型号和规格,确保满足列车行驶速度、轴重和轨道下部结构的需求。在施工过程中,减振垫被精确地安装在轨道下部结构与道床之间,形成有效的减振层。这一层能够吸收和分散列车行驶时产生的振动能量,从而降低振动传递至轨道沿线周围房屋和建筑结构,减少噪音污染。同时,减振垫的面支撑结构设计使得钢轨和扣件受力更加合理,有效防止钢轨波磨,延长轨道使用寿命。此外,无缝化搭接设计使得减振垫的铺设速度更快,安装便捷,大大提高了施工效率。整体而言,橡胶减振垫整体道床施工工艺通过科学的设计和施工,实现了轨道结构的减振降噪。The basic principle of the construction process of rubber damping pad integrated track bed is based on the excellent performance and reasonable design of the damping pad to achieve vibration reduction and noise reduction of the track structure.This process first selects the appropriate damping pad model and specifications based on the requirements of the road section and the characteristics of the track structure,ensuring that the requirements of train speed,axle load,and track substructure are met.During the construction process,vibration damping pads are precisely installed between the lower structure of the track and the track bed,forming an effective vibration damping layer.This layer can absorb and disperse the vibration energy generated during train operation,thereby reducing the transmission of vibration to surrounding buildings and structures along the track and minimizing noise pollution.At the same time,the surface support structure design of the vibration damping pad makes the stress on the rails and fasteners more reasonable,effectively preventing rail corrugation and extending the service life of the track.In addition,the seamless overlapping design makes the laying speed of the vibration damping pad faster,the installation convenient,and greatly improves the construction efficiency.Overall,the construction technology of rubber vibration damping pad integrated track bed has achieved vibration reduction and noise reduction of track structure through scientific design and construction.
