寒冷地区拦阻系统用石墨尾矿泡沫混凝土正交试验研究

摘  要:泡沫混凝土因其低密度、高孔隙率和优异的缓冲吸能特性,被广泛应用于建筑保温隔热和缓冲材料。为减少飞机冲出跑道造成的损失,泡沫混凝土开始用于飞机道面拦阻系统(EMAS)。利用石墨生产过程中产生的废弃石墨尾矿作为细骨料,通过化学发泡制备了石墨尾矿泡沫混凝土(Graphite Tailings Foamed Concrete)。基于EMAS对拦阻材料性能的要求,设计五因素四水平正交试验,采用极差分析研究了水胶比、稳泡剂、减水剂、促凝剂及聚丙烯纤维掺量对GTFC最大压溃度和半溃缩能分散度的影响。结果显示,水胶比对两性能指标的影响最显著,其次为减水剂、促凝剂、稳泡剂和聚丙烯纤维。综合考虑性能优化,最终确定GTFC的最佳配合比:水胶比0.6,稳泡剂1.2%,减水剂0.8%,促凝剂6%,聚丙烯纤维0.5%。Foam concrete is widely used as thermal insulation and cushioning energy-absorbing material for buildings due to its low density,high porosity,and excellent cushioning energy-absorbing effect.In order to solve the problem of aircraft accidentally running off the runway causing the loss of people and property,foam concrete has been used as an arresting material in the Engineered Material Arresting System(EMAS).In this paper,a kind of graphite tailing foam concrete(GTFC)was prepared by chemical foaming method with the waste graphite tailings produced during graphite production as the fine aggregate of the foam concrete,and a five-factor,four-level orthogonal test was designed to investigate the effects of the water-cement ratio,foam stabilizer,water reducer,coagulant promoter and polypropylene fiber dosing on the maximum compaction strength and the maximum compaction strength of GTFC.The results showed that the water-glue ratio had the most significant effect on the two performance indexes,followed by super plasticizer,coagulant,foam stabilizer and polypropylene fiber.Considering the performance optimization,the optimal mix ratio of GTFC was finally determined:water-glue ratio of 0.6,foam stabilizer 1.2%,super plasticizer 0.8%,coagulant accelerator 6%,and polypropylene fiber 0.5%.
