摘  要:针对车削加工多头螺纹、偏心椭圆、梯形槽特征所形成的回转体零件异形面复杂性问题,提出了一种通用宏程序模板操作。通过设定模块化可调变量,编制通用宏程序模板进行参数化编程,实现3类特征异形面的加工,提高了程序可读性。将宏程序NC代码导入斯沃数控仿真软件模拟车削加工验证了模板的可行性和有效性。仿真结果表明,通用宏程序模板操作在控制余量及过切方面有一定的优势,克服自动编程模式的不足,轮廓衔接位置优化更加顺滑,避免产生过切现象,为同类型复杂特征异形面宏程序编程提供借鉴。A universal macro program template operation is proposed to address the complexity of irregular surfaces of rotating parts formed by turning multi head threads,eccentric ellipses and trapezoidal grooves.By setting modular adjustable variables and developing a universal macro program template for parameterized programming,the processing of three types of feature irregular surfaces is achieved,improving the readability of the program.The feasibility and effectiveness of the template are verified by importing the macro program NC code into Swan-soft CNC simulator to simulate turning processing.The simulation results show that the universal macro program template operation has certain advantages in controlling margin and over cutting,overcoming the shortcomings of automatic programming mode,optimizing the contour connection position more smoothly,avoiding over cutting phenomenon,and in can provide reference for macro program programming of complex and irregular surfaces of the same type.
