氢溴酸常山酮对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫的防治试验研究

摘　　要：鸡球虫病是寄生在鸡肠道的一种常见疾病,对全世界的养鸡业造成重大的危害。艾美耳虫球虫通过感染肠道上皮并引起病变而破坏肠道完整性,最终使受感染鸡表现出营养吸收和利用不良,造成生长性能降低,免疫功能下降引发继发性疾病增加。该研究以致病力强、危害严重的柔嫩艾美耳球虫为研究对象,观察鸡攻虫后氢溴酸常山酮防治效果。试验结果表明,与阳性对照组的相对增重率57.67%相比,药物防治组相对增重率高达84.92%,有显著提高。同时,药物防治组较阳性对照组的盲肠病变计分、盲肠内容物触片中卵囊数量明显降低,盲肠组织的病变程度明显减轻。这表明氢溴酸常山酮有较好的防治柔嫩艾美耳球虫的效果。这些试验结果为临床上鸡球虫病的防控提供了新的思路和方案。Chicken coccidiosis is a common parasitic disease that parasitizes the intestines of chickens,which is very harmful to the poultry industry all over the world.Eimeria coccidia inhabits and propagates in the intestine of chickens,and destroys intestinal integrity by infecting epithelial tissues and causing lesion formation.Finally,the infected broilers showed poor nutrient absorption and utilization,which hindered growth performance,weakened immune function,led to secondary diseases.In this study,the most virulent and harmful Eimeria tenella was taken as the research object to observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of hydrobromic acid changshanketone on chicken Eimeria tenella.The results showed that:Compared with 57.67%of the positive control group,the relative weight gain rate of the drug prevention group was as high as 84.92%,The relative weight gain rate was significantly increased.The cecal lesion score and the number of egg sacs in the cecal contents were significantly reduced.The degree of pathological changes in the cecal tissue is significantly reduced.This indicates that hydrobromic acid changshanketone has a good effect in preventing and treating chicken Eimeria tenella.These results provide a new idea and scheme for the prevention and control of chicken coccidiosis in clinic.
