摘  要:针对传统棘轮紧线器在使用过程中存在效率低、劳动强度较大、安全隐患多等问题,设计与研制一款具有自锁功能的织带式电动紧线器。文章介绍设计的织带式电动紧线器的整体结构和主要技术参数,并在此基础上,计算分析织带的横向振动,获得实际作业中影响织带振动的参数和影响因素,同时在实验室和模拟线路下进行试用。结果表明,设计的织带式电动紧线器操作简单、高效、安全性高,可广泛应用于10kV架空线路切改、分段改造等作业项目。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity,and many safety hazards in the use of traditional ratchet tighteners,a self-locking ribbon type electric tightener is designed and developed.And the overall structure and main technical parameters are introduced.On this basis,the calculation of conveyor belt vibration are made.Then the parameters and influencing factors that affect the conveyor belt vibration are obtained.Finally,the test are conducted in the laboratory and simulated circuits.The results show that this device has advantages of simple operation,high homework efficiency,and high safety.It can be widely used in projects such as 10 kV overhead line cutting and section renovation.
