摘  要:在风电齿轮箱设计中,行星轮系大多采用斜齿轮,导致行星轮轴承选型和校核计算受行星轮的载荷偏移量影响较大。目前,斜齿轮的载荷偏移量多采用经验法来确定,缺乏理论依据。针对此实际问题,以行星轮为研究对象,通过受力分析和条件假设,建立理论计算模型,然后采用3种不同的计算方法推导出载荷偏移量的计算公式,对3种计算结果进行对比分析并得出规律,为工程设计提供重要参考。In the design of wind power gear box,most planetary gear train adopts bevel gear,resulting in the bearing selection and check calculation of planetary gear are greatly affected by the load offset of planetary gear.At present,the load ffset of helical gear is mostly determined by empirical method,which lacks theoretical basis.In view of this practical problem,taking the planetary wheel as the research object,the theoretical calculation model is established through the force analysis and conditional assumptions,and then the calculation formula of the load offset is derived by using three different calculation methods.The three calculation results are compared and analyzed and the rule is obtained,which provides an important reference for engineering design.
