摘 要:利用SolidWorks建立ZY9000/16/35D型两柱掩护式液压支架的三维模型,然后导入Simulation软件进行有限元分析。针对顶梁偏心加载、顶梁两端+底座侧边加载两种常见工况进行模拟,得到液压支架所受应力与位移情况,评估液压支架在不同承载情况下关键部件的结构和材质能否满足使用要求,为液压支架的设计和优化提供一定理论基础。The three-dimensional model of ZY9000/16/35D two-column shield hydraulic support was established with SolidWorks,and then the Simulation software was imported for finite element analysis.Two common working conditions of eccentric loading of the top beam and loading at both ends of the top beam and side of the base were simulated to obtain the stress and displacement of the hydraulic support,and to evaluate whether the structure and material of the key components of the hydraulic support can meet the requirements under different load conditions,providing a certain theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the hydraulic support.
