摘 要:针对搅拌摩擦焊机床主轴部件进行研究,设计了集成B轴、C轴、S轴3个旋转轴的主轴部件。B轴旋转实现搅拌摩擦焊工艺倾角的调整,C轴旋转实现搅拌头切线跟随,S轴由机械主轴驱动搅拌头旋转焊接。对机械主轴进行有限元分析,校核静刚度和临界转速。应用所设计的搅拌摩擦焊主轴部件进行焊接试验,试验接头外观形貌良好,抗拉强度最佳值为259MPa,达到母材抗拉强度的82.5%。焊接试验结果验证了搅拌摩擦焊机床主轴部件设计的合理性,为类似装备的设计提供了技术借鉴。Spindle component for friction stir welding machine was studied.The friction stir welding component integrated with B-axis,C-axis and S-axis was designed.The rotation of B-axis adjusts the tilt angle for friction stir welding process.The C-axis realizes the function of tangent tracking.The S-axis drives the tool to stir welding by mechanical spindle.Static stiffness and critical speed of the mechanical spindle were checked by finite element analysis technique.The process test was completed by using the designed friction stir welding spindle component,the appearance of welded joint was well,the tensile strength of the joint was 259 MPa that was about 82.5%performance of the base metal.The results show that the design of spindle component for friction stir welding is reasonable,and it provides reference for the design of the similar machine.
