摘 要:针对混凝土搅拌站配料机砂储料仓、砂秤在使用过程中经常发生的堵塞问题,从静力学角度分析砂料下料过程中堵塞的原因,从斗体角度、接触面摩擦系数、粒子间稳定性共3个方面提出砂料防堵技术,重点论述附着式振动、贴板式振动、中置板式振动及搅拌式防堵的原理、结构和特点,最后提出合理的配料机砂储料仓和砂秤防堵方案。Aiming at the clogging problem that often occurs in the use of sand storage bin and sand balance of batching machine in concrete mixing station,the causes of clogging in the process of sand loading are analyzed from the static point of view,and the sand anti-clogging technology is proposed from 3 aspects:bucket body angle,friction coefficient of contact surface and stability between particles.The principle,structure and characteristics of adhesion vibration,attached plate vibration,middle plate vibration and agitation type anti-blocking are discussed emphatically.Finally,a reasonable anti-blocking scheme of sand storage bin and sand weigher is put forward.
