摘 要:轧辊表面质量直接影响轧制产品性能,传统加工工艺已难以满足日益提高的质量要求。基于此,提出一种基于树脂砂轮的轧辊表面精加工工艺,系统设计砂轮选型、粗磨、精磨和表面检测等环节的完整工艺流程。该工艺能有效提高轧辊表面质量和加工效率,为轧辊精密制造提供新的技术方案,对提升轧制产品质量具有重要意义。实验结果表明,所提工艺在表面粗糙度、圆度精度、材料去除率和表面完整性等关键指标上均优于传统工艺。The surface quality of roll directly affects the properties of rolled products,and the traditional processing technology is difficult to meet the increasing quality requirements.Based on this,a roller surface finishing process based on resin grinding wheel is proposed,and the complete process flow of wheel selection,rough grinding,fine grinding and surface detection is designed systematically.This process can effectively improve the surface quality and processing efficiency of rolls,provide a new technical scheme for roll precision manufacturing,and has important significance for improving the quality of rolled products.The experimental results show that the proposed process is superior to the traditional process in surface roughness,roundness accuracy,material removal rate and surface integrity.
