摘 要:近年来,现代制造业对高精度轴类零件的需求逐渐增长,传统加工方法难以满足这类零件日益提高的性能要求。研究数控磨床在高精度轴类零件加工中的应用,通过分析数控磨床的工作原理与特点,阐明高精度轴类零件加工的要求与挑战,然后总结工艺路线设计、热变形控制和加工精度检测等关键应用要点,以期为高精度轴类零件的加工提供理论依据和实践指导。实验结果表明,数控磨床相比传统加工方式在加工精度、效率和稳定性方面均有显著提升。In recent years,the modern manufacturing industry has gradually increased the demand for high-precision shaft parts,the traditional processing methods are difficult to meet the increasing performance requirements of such parts.By analyzing the working principle and characteristics of computer numerical control grinding machine,the requirements and challenges of machining high-precision shaft parts are clarified,and then the key application points such as process route design,thermal deformation control and machining accuracy detection are summarized,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for machining high-precision shaft parts.The experimental results show that computer numerical control grinding machine has a significant improvement in machining accuracy,efficiency and stability compared with traditional machining methods.
