摘　　要：逆向工程已广泛应用于模具行业中,以饭盒模具成型零件为研究对象,描述采用Visen TOP结构光三维扫描仪采集数据、使用Geomagic Wrap数据处理软件和Geomagic Design X逆向软件对模型进行逆向建模,以及通过数控机床加工零件的过程。At present,reverse engineering has been widely used in the mold industry,this paper takes the lunch box mold molding parts as the research object,the process of data acquisition by VisenTOP structured light 3D scanner,reverse modeling of the model using Geomagic Wrap data processing software and Geomagic Design X reverse software,and computer numerical control parts is described.
