摘 要:针对船舶机械液压系统漏油故障,提出一套包括精准定位、无损修复和预防性维护的创新处理工艺。该工艺采用振动-声发射复合检测技术实现泄漏点的快速定位,运用低熔点合金焊接、自修复材料及聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)涂层等进行漏点无损修复,并利用无线传感网络和支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)算法实现系统状态监测和预防性维护。实验结果表明,相比传统工艺和常规工艺,所提工艺显著提高了检测效率和定位精度,将修复后的压力保持率提升至97%以上,为提高船舶液压系统运行可靠性提供了新思路。A set of innovative treatment technology including accurate positioning,non-destructive repair and preventive maintenance is proposed for the oil leakage fault of marine machinery hydraulic system.The process uses vibration-acoustic emission composite detection technology to realize the rapid location of the leak point,and uses low-melting alloy welding,selfhealing materials and Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)coating to repair the leak point,and wireless sensor network and Support Vector Machines(SVM)algorithm are used to realize the condition monitoring and preventive maintenance of the system.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional process and the conventional process,the proposed process significantly improves the detection efficiency and positioning accuracy,and the pressure retention rate after repair is increased to more than 97%,which provides a new idea for improving the operational reliability of the ship hydraulic system.
