摘 要:换热器设备广泛应用于工业生产,但腐蚀问题始终是影响其运行效率和使用寿命的关键问题。基于此,阐述换热器的腐蚀理论基础,分析腐蚀的机理和常见的换热器腐蚀形式,总结影响换热器腐蚀的主要因素,包括材料、介质和操作条件。针对这些腐蚀因素,探讨多种防腐蚀技术,如材料选择、表面处理和缓蚀剂的应用,最后通过实验评估不同防腐技术的防护效果。Heat exchanger equipment is widely used in industrial production,but corrosion is always the key problem affecting its operating efficiency and service life.Based on this,the corrosion theory of heat exchangers is described,the corrosion mechanism and common corrosion forms of heat exchangers are analyzed,and the main factors affecting the corrosion of heat exchangers are summarized,including materials,media and operating conditions.In view of these corrosion factors,a variety of anti-corrosion technologies were discussed,such as material selection,surface treatment and application of corrosion inhibitors.Finally,the protective effects of different anti-corrosion technologies were evaluated through experiments.
