摘 要:在现代制造业中,机械设备的可靠性直接关系到用户体验和企业的市场竞争力。可靠性不仅会影响设备的运行效率,还决定了其在面对各种外部条件时的适应能力。近年来,随着工业自动化、智能制造和新材料的广泛应用,机械设计制造的复杂性不断提高,如何在设计阶段有效评估和提高产品的可靠性,成为机械制造行业广泛关注的热点问题。基于此,分析机械设计制造中可靠性优化设计的特点,探讨机械设计制造中可靠性优化设计的必要性,最后提出可靠性优化设计的具体措施。In the modern manufacturing industry,the reliability of machinery and equipment is directly related to the user experience and the market competitiveness of enterprises.Reliability not only affects the operating efficiency of the equipment,but also determines its ability to adapt in the face of various external conditions.In recent years,with the wide application of industrial automation,intelligent manufacturing and new materials,the complexity of mechanical design and manufacturing continues to increase,how to effectively evaluate and improve the reliability of products in the design stage has become a hot issue of widespread concern in the machinery manufacturing industry.Based on this,the paper analyzes the characteristics of reliability optimization design in mechanical design and manufacturing,discusses the necessity of reliability optimization design in mechanical design and manufacturing,and finally puts forward the concrete measures of reliability optimization design.
