基于通调三焦理论探讨针药结合治疗气滞痰瘀型失眠

摘　　要：失眠作为一种临床常见病,发病率日益升高。中医认为,脾胃与失眠密切相关。脾胃在中,为上中下三焦之“中焦”所在的部位,“脾胃为气血生化之源”,居中焦,起到沟通上下、承上启下的作用。脾主健运、胃腑和降功能正常,水谷纳运相得,气机升降正常,气血生化之源充足,五脏皆受其养,阴阳相交通,元神得充,便会出现昼精而夜瞑。胃气得畅,气机便得以通畅,气亦得顺,失眠可愈。文章围绕通调三焦理论探讨脾胃与失眠的关联,指出针药结合对于治疗气滞痰瘀型失眠的疗效较好。临床基于“胃不和则卧不安”治疗失眠,针刺直接作用于中焦脾胃,直达病所。As a common clinical disease,the incidence of insomnia is increasing.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that spleen and stomach are closely related to insomnia.The spleen and stomach are in the middle,which is the part of the'middle Jiao'of the upper,middle and lower triple energizers.'The spleen and stomach are the source of qi and blood biochemistry',which is located in the middle Jiao and plays a role in communicating the upper and lower parts and connecting the upper and lower parts.The spleen is in charge of healthy transportation,the stomach and the descending function are normal,the water and grain are in charge of transportation,the qi movement is normal,the source of qi and blood biochemistry is sufficient,the five internal organs are all nourished,the yin and yang are connected,the yuan spirit is filled,and the day essence and the night will appear.The stomach qi is smooth,the qi movement is smooth,the qi is smooth,and insomnia can be cured.Based on the theory of regulating triple energizer,this paper discusses the relationship between spleen and stomach and insomnia,and points out that the combination of acupuncture and medicine is effective in treating insomnia of qi stagnation and phlegm stasis type.Clinically,insomnia is treated based on'stomach disharmony is restless'.Acupuncture directly acts on the spleen and stomach of the middle energizer and reaches the disease site.
