摘　　要：冠心病是一种由于冠状动脉发生粥样硬化导致的血管狭窄或堵塞,亦或冠状动脉痉挛等引发的心肌缺血、缺氧或坏死所导致的心脏疾病。“和法”是中医八法之一,意在使阴阳、气血、脏腑等保持相对平衡状态。胸痹本虚标实,脏腑气血亏虚为标,气滞、痰饮、血瘀、寒凝等实邪痹阻心脉为标,多种致病因素导致肝、脾、肾等脏腑病变,故以和法论治。文章通过梳理“和法”治疗冠心病方面的相关理念,以和法为核心,结合该病病机复杂,涉及肝、脾、肾等多脏腑病变,对冠心病的病因病机、治法等进行了深入分析和探讨,为冠心病的诊疗提供参考思路。Coronary heart disease is a heart disease caused by vascular stenosis or blockage caused by atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries,or myocardial ischemia,hypoxia or necrosis caused by coronary artery spasm.“He Fa”is one of the eight methods of traditional Chinese medicine,which aims to keep Yin and Yang,Qi and blood,viscera and organs in a relatively balanced state.Chest pain is caused by deficiency of Qi and blood in the viscera and by obstruction of the heart meridian by pathogenic evils such as Qi stagnation,phlegm and fluid retention,blood stasis and cold coagulation.Various pathogenic factors lead to lesions of the liver,spleen,kidney and other viscera,so the treatment is based on the He Fa.This article sorts out the relevant concepts of the“He Fa”in the treatment of coronary heart disease,takes the He Fa as the core,and combines the complex pathogenesis of this disease,involving lesions of multiple viscera such as liver,spleen and kidney,to conduct an in-depth analysis and discussion on the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of coronary heart disease,providing a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
