摘　　要：随着生物医学的发展及社会卫生事业的不断进步,有形之寄生虫已近乎消失不见,而微观视域下的微生物如细菌、病毒、真菌等无形之虫,无论是与人体共生、或是外来,均与现代人类众多疾病的发生、发展密切相关。中医治虫的历史悠久,经验丰富。北宋官修《圣济总录》作为一部集大成之作,广集了众多有关治虫的理法方药。该研究通过文献考证,从虫之性质特点到虫之因机证治,逐一作了归纳论述,以期为当代中医药更好地防治细菌、病毒、真菌等无形之虫导致的慢性病、疑难病提供有益的思路和借鉴。With the development of bio-medicine and the continuous progress of social health,visible parasites have almost disappeared,while invisible microorganisms such as bacteria,viruses,fungi,etc.,whether they coexist with the human body or are foreign,are closely related to the occurrence and development of many modern human diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating insects and is rich in experience.The“Shengji Zonglu”compiled by the Northern Song Dynasty is a comprehensive work that has collected many theories,methods and prescriptions for treating insects.Through literature research,this study summarizes and discusses the characteristics of insects and the causes,mechanisms and treatments of insects one by one,in order to provide useful ideas and references for contemporary traditional Chinese medicine to better prevent and treat chronic diseases and difficult diseases caused by invisible insects such as bacteria,viruses and fungi.
