摘　　要：中风后遗症是指中风病程超过6个月,所遗留肢体活动障碍、麻木、言语蹇涩等神经功能缺损症状。陈新宇教授认为,中风后遗症与虚、痰、瘀有关,而核心在“瘀”。瘀血贯穿中风后遗症全过程。瘀血既是病因,也是病理产物,故在治疗中风后遗症过程中宜重视活血化瘀,陈教授常运用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗该病,巧用虫类、藤类药物临证加减,临床疗效颇佳。Stroke sequelae refer to the symptoms of neurological deficits such as limb movement disorders,numbness,and slurred speech left by a stroke lasting more than 6 months.Professor CHEN believes that stroke sequelae are related to deficiency,phlegm,and blood stasis,and the core is“stasis”.Blood stasis runs through the entire process of stroke sequelae.Blood stasis is both the cause and the product of pathology.Therefore,in the treatment of stroke sequelae,it is important to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Professor CHEN often uses Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to treat this disease,and skillfully uses insect and rattan drugs to add and subtract according to clinical symptoms,with good clinical efficacy.
