王守富运用活血舒脉法治疗高血压的经验

摘　　要：高血压作为一种心血管综合征,血管机制(血管病变)在其发生发展中发挥着重要作用,存在血管内皮功能紊乱、血管痉挛、血管硬化、血管狭窄和高血粘度等五个关键病理因素。王守富主任中医师从中医角度研析血管病变,认为‘血脉痹阻’是其核心特点,包含“挛缩、僵硬、瘀滞”三种状态,对其治以舒张脉道、舒柔脉管和活血通脉之法,并将该系列治法概括为‘活血舒脉法’,临床中在血脉瘀阻、肝肾阴虚、肝阳上亢、阴虚阳亢、痰湿壅盛和阴阳两虚六种辨证分型常规治法的基础上,注重活血舒脉,常有效验,值得借鉴。Hypertension is a cardiovascular syndrome,and vascular mechanisms(vascular lesions)play an important role in its occurrence and development.There are five key pathological factors,including endothelial dysfunction,vascular spasm,vascular sclerosis,vascular stenosis and high blood viscosity.Chief Chinese medicine doctor Wang Shoufu analyzed vascular lesions from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and believed that“blood vessel obstruction”is its core feature,including“contracture,stiffness and stasis”.The treatment method is to relax the meridians,soften the vessels and activate blood circulation and unblock the meridians.This series of treatment methods is summarized as“activating blood circulation and relaxing pulse method”.In clinical practice,on the basis of the conventional treatment methods of six syndrome differentiation types,namely blood vessel stasis,liver and kidney yin deficiency,liver yang hyperactivity,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,phlegm and dampness congestion and yin and yang deficiency,the focus is on activating blood circulation and relaxing pulse,which is often effective and worth learning from.
