摘　　要：孤独症谱系障碍(Autism Spectrum Disorder,ASD)是一种起于婴幼儿时期的神经发育障碍疾病,具有多种神经精神症状,并且伴随终身,患者的自我生活能力严重受损。该病的发病机制和致病因素尚未明确,目前西医对该病的认识仍有不足,治疗尚无特效药。陈幸生教授是全国中老名医传承人,江淮名医,从事中医针灸的基础与临床研究工作近40年,在治疗神经精神类疾病上有丰富的临床经验和研究。陈教授认为ASD病位在脑,涉及心,肝,肾。患者多因先天禀赋不足,脏腑精亏,经脉不通,髓海失养,脑髓不充。督脉总督一身之阳气,与脑联系密切,治法当以通调督脉,益髓健脑。芒针透刺督脉可通调督脉,调理阴阳,促进督脉阳气,益髓补脑。Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)is a neurodevelopmental disorder that begins in infancy and has a variety of neuropsychiatric symptoms that last a lifetime,severely impairing the patient’s ability to lead a self-living life.The pathogenesis and pathogenic factors of the disease have not yet been clarified.Western medicine still has insufficient knowledge of the disease,and there is no specific medicine for its treatment.Professor CHEN Xingsheng is the inheritor of the national famous doctors of middle age and old age,a famous doctor in Jianghuai,and has been engaged in basic and clinical research of Chinese medicine and acupuncture for nearly 40 years.He has rich clinical experience and research in the treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases.Professor Chen believes that the location of autism spectrum disorder is in the brain,involving the heart,liver,and kidney.Most patients suffer from innate deficiency,deficiency of viscera essence,blocked meridians,malnutrition of the sea of marrow,and insufficient brain marrow.The Governor Vessel governs the whole body’s Yang energy and is closely connected with the brain.The treatment method should be to regulate the Governor Vessel,nourish the marrow and strengthen the brain.Acupuncture of the Governor Vessel with a spike needle can regulate the Governor Vessel,regulate Yin and Yang,promote the Yang energy of the Governor Vessel,and nourish the marrow and nourish the brain.
