摘　　要：非常规油气煤岩气勘探开采由中浅层逐步向中深层、深层发展。长庆油田石炭系本溪组深层8#煤岩气勘探开发,从2022年开始已进入第三轮开发,通过论证、分析、实践,完成部分关键环节的安全施工条件匹配,明确了钻探进度目标,但在煤层水平段钻探过程中还是会发生诸多煤层垮塌的卡钻、套管下不到底、开泵困难及填井侧钻等复杂事故。2023年,渤钻与川庆钻探协作共同完成深8#煤岩气双48-45YH4水平井水平段先导试验,从设备设施配置、钻井人员操作、井身结构、水平段轨迹控制、钻井液体系等多方面进行优化,完成煤层水平段“一趟钻”1562米,顺利完成渤钻首口深层煤岩气钻探任务。Unconventional oil and gas-coal rock gas exploration has gradually developed from the medium and shallow layer to the medium and deep layer.The deep 8#coal gas exploration and development of the Benxi Group of Changqing Oilfield Coal System has entered the third round of development since 2022.Through demonstration,analysis and practice,the safety construction conditions matching of some key links have been completed,and the drilling progress goals have been clarified.However,many coal will still occur in the drilling process of the horizontal section of the coal seam.Accidents such as layer collapse stuck drill,casing down to the bottom,difficulty in opening the pump,and filling side drilling are complicated.In 2023,BHDC and Chuanqing Drilling cooperated to jointly complete the pilot test of the horizontal section of the deep 8#coal rock gas double 48-45YH4 horizontal well,and optimised from the configuration of equipment and facilities,drilling personnel operation,well body structure,horizontal section trajectory control,drilling liquid system and other aspects to complete the"one-trip drilling"of the horizontal section of the coal seam.1562 metres,safely and successfully completed the first deep coal gas drilling task in the BHDC.
