摘 要:为了解决城市配网电缆和通道基础数据缺失以及信息化手段不足等问题,本文设计了一种配电电缆精益化管理方法。将此方法应用于高压配网电缆精益化管理应用系统,辅助开展高压配网电缆精益化管理的实践工作,能推动以人工运检为主的传统运维模式向人机协同智慧运检模式转变,实现基层班组提质增效、人员减负、精益管理,逐步化解配电电缆长、数量多、通道环境复杂、维护工作量大与专业人员短缺、技能水平不足、管理手段缺失的矛盾,保障城市电网安全。In order to solve the problems of missing basic data and insufficient information technology for urban distribution network cables and channels,a lean management method for distribution cables has been designed and applied to the lean management application system for high-voltage distribution network cables.This method is used to carry out practical work on lean management of high-voltage distribution network cables,promote the transformation of traditional operation and maintenance mode mainly based on manual operation and inspection to human-machine collaborative intelligent operation and inspection mode,and achieve quality and efficiency improvement for grassroots teams Reduce personnel burden and lean management,gradually resolve the contradiction between long and large distribution cables,complex channel environments,heavy maintenance workload,shortage of professional personnel,insufficient skill level,and lack of management methods,and ensure the safety of urban power grids.
