摘 要:随着现代桥梁工程建设的不断发展,在跨越大面积海域的大型桥梁项目中防撞套箱的使用至关重要。防撞套箱不仅能够有效保护桥梁基础结构免受船舶碰撞等外力冲击,还可保障整个桥梁的稳定性和耐久性。然而,大体积钢套箱在制作过程中面临诸多挑战。基于此,本文以厦金大桥(厦门段)A1/A2标段防撞套箱工程索塔防撞套箱制作为例,分析其制作过程中存在的重点与难点,阐述应对措施,旨在为跨海桥梁大型防撞套箱的制作提供更新的技术参考和管理经验。With the continuous development of modern bridge engineering construction,the use of anti-collision sleeve box is particularly important in the large bridge projects spanning a large area of the sea area.It can not only effectively protect the bridge foundation structure of the bridge from the external force such as ship collision,but also has a vital impact on the stability and durability of the whole bridge.However,large volume steel box face many challenges in the process of production,this paper to Xiamen gold bridge(Xiamen)A1/A2 anti-collision box engineering tower anticollision box production,for example,the emphases and difficulties in the production process of analysis,and expounds the corresponding measures,aims to cross the sea bridge large anti-collision box making update technical reference and management experience.
